Minimum guests attendance is required and agreed to by both parties. Final minimum guest count & payment required 72 hours in advance. No Credit Cards are accepted for private events payments: checks or cash only
Maximum of 3 1/2 hour use of room for each event unless otherwise stated.
A “clean up” charge could be applied for clean up and or damages in excess of normal standards.
$150.00 deposit is required for any event, all deposit are NOT refundable.
